THREE ARCH BAY

The Three Arch Bay Community Service District (TAB CSD) was formed on June 17, 1957, under the Community Services District Law by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, California to provide services to the Three Arch Bay residents.  Currently, the District has been authorized by the Orange County Local Agency Formation Commission to provide dry weather and storm water collection services and security services to the Three Arch Bay community.  There is a five-person elected Board of Directors, which serves as the governance to the District.  The District’s elected officials voluntarily serve the District and do not receive compensation, benefits or reimbursement for out of pocket expenses incurred while conducting District business.

 

The sphere of influence for the TAB CSD is only within the boundaries of Three Arch Bay.  The TAB CSD has no employees so the District has a contract for the professional services needed.  TAB CSD currently has a Professional Services Agreement for management, administrative and field support from the Three Arch Bay Association (TABA) and leases office space in TABA’s office.  The District also contracts the services of a registered professional engineer who provides project plans and plan reviews, an Accountant who provides monthly board reports and an attorney to provide legal advice and support.
